1) Is the price stated inclusive shipping? How many days should I expect for delivery?
It depends on what item(s) you purchase. If we mentioned FREE or INCLUDE shipping, it means you can get your item(s) at no additional cost.
>For light item(s) such as Coach, Polo, Fossil, Calvin Klein etc we usually provide free shipping to your address and you can get them in 2 to 3 weeks from the date you order and deposit 70% payment.
>For heavy item(s) such as Corelle and Victoria Secret's products, we provide free shipping from USA to Msia this July and you can get them when you meet sellers either in KL or Terengganu this July or August 2013 at no additional cost. However, you have to pay extra if you want us to ship via pos laju to your address. Also, if you want them earlier, you can pay for an extra shipping cost.
2) Can I trust this site?
Yes definitely. We know that we are new in this business but given the opportunity, we would try our best to satisfy our customers. We have had several customers before and you can read some of our customer reviews from our album. We are undergraduate students who have huge interest in business and one of us is a columnist in Harian Metro as well Kosmo paper. 3) How to purchase from this site?
Firstly, kindly fill our order form here http://tinyurl.com/cuxhcvh. Then, deposit 70% to our Maybank2u account if you are purchasing light item(s) or 30% if you are purchasing heavy item(s). Note that once you fill the form, you cannot cancel your order as all orders made are final unless item(s) you ordered are out of stock. After you order, kindly check your email frequently because we will email you twice, that is when we provide you your purchase confirmation and when we ship your item(s).
4) Are your products 100% authentic?
Yes. We buy directly from brand official store at the United States and big retailers in the USA. We are currently residing in USA for undergraduate studies and we buy the products using USA credit cards. Mainly the reason that we can get them at cheaper prices is because we usually buy them during massive sale events.
5) Can I cancel, exchange or return my order?
No, items cannot be exchanged or returned. However, fret not as we will check your item(s) thoroughly before we ship them to you so that they are free from defects. Also, we will refund full deposit made by customer if we shipped the wrong item(s) or when item(s) are out of stock.
